"The Services We Provide" The Moving Coordinator sets up your estimate and goes through your inventory in detail, packing, valuation coverage, all included services and potential additional services so you don't ever have to worry about hidden fees. Verification confirms all of the information on your contract provided from your Moving Coordinator including scheduled dates, COI's, addresses, services, packing, forms of payment and what to expect. That will be followed up with be followed by a verification complete email. Quality Assurance is your security for accurate inventories. If your furniture isn't a standard size and your worried about cubic footage increases, truck space, your adding and removing items, or believe items need special handling that will be taken care of with a scheduled call. The job of Q.A is to either video chat, request pictures and finalize your inventory to industry standards. Customer Service provides the essential information to our customers and are equipped to answer all question from the more frequent to the most difficult. They are also trained to solve most issues within a few calls. All documentation that needs to be prepared and signed are handled through them. They will properly transition you from our care to one of our network of movers while making you feel like the expert in the industry. The final step in this process is to provide our customers with a Service Fulfillment Form. This is a checklist of each step in the process to prepare you for your moving date which includes providing needed information about your carrier. Whether or not all steps were completed prior to completing the form we can recap missed information. "This is how we provide White Glove Service"

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Scheduled a move with them they took my deposit and then did not call me prior to moving day to inform me when they were coming. Then never showed up for my move. It has been exactly one month and I still havent received my refund, no one ever picks up the phone nor do they call you back. Ive left multiple messages and even when i reach a representative their answer is well call you back and you never hear from them. This company is the worst company ive ever dealt with I call them almost daily and get nothing. Im not sure how they have any business without picking up their phones it really is starting to make me think theyre company is fake. Hopefully theyll read this and contact me.

We apologize for the delay in your refund. The check has been sent out. Not an excuse but our office was going through chances due to Covid19 and making sure everyone is in a safe environment. Our customer service took a hit which effected the communication. Again, we do apologize and you should be receiving the check at the address you provided.

DO NOT USE. DO NOT RISK IT. If there could be negative stars rating, that's what they'd get. Sure, in the beginning, they were responsive. High pressure sales, but responsive. THEN! the drama. WHITE GLOVE did not vet out the carrier at all. The carrier they booked D UNITED is a scam / a con and every other negative description anyone like to add. Looked them up on BBB, Yelp, DOT, on and on.The carrier's truck broke down on the way to me, ended up starting the move 2 days later (claiming I caused the delay because they would have been there the night before to start). They showed up with an undersized UHaul, threw a blank contract at me which WHITE GLOVE said is usual and customary. Giving me all assurances that they have my back.The carrier then wrapped a bunch of stuff in cellophane, but no padding. At very end of the day, they said, "it won't fit", so either leave whatever they didn't load behind, or get my own UHaul at my expense (rental, gas and transport).Then, they charged me for loading the second Uhaul and demanded cash. If I didn't pay, they would unload everything and claim breach of contract by me! At this point, the cost of my move doubled. As in additional $6K on top of money I paid to WHITE GLOVE!Well getting to the other end, all furniture were damaged. What do you expect when they don't pad it, then throw metal ladder on top?Then, they demanded the balance of the payment - cash - on a Saturday or they would hold my stuff hostage and charge me rent and per diem. Despite having less stuff being moved than the "not-to-exceed" quote from WHITE GLOVE.WHITE GLOVE has done nothing except to say I have to claim again D UNITED. Those scammer would not even produce an invoice or receipt on how they came up with additional cost. Later, D UNITED fabricated documents with no support. WHITE GLOVE has not produced the contract they have with D UNITED.I am giving WHITE GLOVE this horrible review because they retained the carrier then did nothing to help resolve. What the carrier did was criminal. I'm willing to settle to get the additional cash back.

Ive moved a few times and I and it always goes well but the customer service this time was the topping on the cake. I normally dont go with brokers and this is my first time actually because of the negative stigma but they were very informative and walked me through my process for my move. My representative was OK for Charlie what is very knowledgeable and sent me over information for my move, the industry and about them. I read through all of her views before going with them but based off Prive experiences I know everyone is not perfect but in this case White Glove Relocation group was very close to it. Thank you Charlie for your assistance and thank you Brian as well.

I move from Lake Worth Florida to West Palm Beach Florida and it was a pretty simple move. The female Jessica who did the packing for me was great because you labeled all the boxes any other guys was very fast and efficient. I had a few questions that they couldnt answer but the office was very responsive to me. The cost of the move was $1750 and thats including the tip. Great company

Used this company for my move. I ended up getting the package that they do everything including packing my boxes. I was very pleased with the job they did. Took about 5 hours to pack up my 2 bedroom. About 9 days on my delivery traveling 1300 miles. Highly recommend!
