FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a one hour application per person. These rates include false lashes (both full band, individual lashes and clusters). I provide a touch up kit for each client which contains the lipstick that was applied with lip wands, blotting paper, and a powder puff with powder in the puff. My rates include travel, unless the travel is more than an hour away, in which case I would add according to the distance. I also bring in a professional lighting system specific for makeup application. I only use professional and high end cosmetics for my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much information on the phone with a new client to determine what style makeup they are both comfortable with and also what they are envisioning for their special event. I have many clients that have never worn makeup before, so I like to put them at ease that my makeup applications are not heavy in any which way. I typically go over skin care leading up to there big event, so that their skin is in great shape prior to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was initially trained by a professional makeup artist 18 years ago and started as an assistant. For additional training, I went to Cosmix School of Makeup Artistry, to further my education.
