- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Parking is to be covered by each customer if there is no free parking at the location. This is not included in the massage fee. Clients paying with Zelle are required to make a deposit at the time of booking to secure appointment. This will go towards the balance of appointment. Thank you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If booked with advance notice I will confirm the appointment the evening before your massage. I will show up to the home/business/hotel about 10 minutes before the appointment start time and get acquainted with the client while setting up. Any questions/comments/concerns/accommodations can be addressed at this time. If the client prefers he/she may also inform me of any pertinent information during the confirmation process.*PARKING FEES ARE TO BE COVERED BY THE CLIENT IF NO FREE PARKING IS AVAILABLE*
