Our model is based on Jamaican Jerk Pan Style of cooking and service. We serve Jerk Chicken and Jerk Pork by the pound and half pound accompanied by Hard Dough Bread or Festival.
Our jerk chicken and pork are prepared on a wood fired smoker which provides the authentic Jamaican Jerk flavor that can be difficult to find as most restaurant bought jerk prepared in the oven.

What an amazing food truck! I had Authentic Jamaican Jerk come out to the business park I work at for a food truck Friday. All employee were so pleased with the quality of food and friendliness of staff. The chef does an outstanding job and his passion for authenticity absolutely shines through. The Smokey flavor of the meat, the festivals, the cola. Everything was outstanding. Thank you again!
