We deal directly with ANY insurance company. Our full range of services include: * Mold Testing * Mold Remediation * Water Damage Removal and Restoration * Fire Damage Cleanup * Biowashing * Insulation Removal and Refurbishing * Specialized Janitorial Maintenance (Carpet and Floor Cleaning) * Construction Cleanup * Chinese Drywall Abatement * Trash Outs * Indoor Air Quality * Emergency Water Extraction We DO NOT do cleaning of air handlers ! If an A/C company tells you your air handler has mold it is probably a scam. They want to upsell you something you probably do not need.

Manny was so quick to respond to my request! He asked for my mold report, photos of black junk on my popcorn ceiling and I was so surprised at his honesty! He told me the report shows I have no mold in the air and just need to have the ducts cleaned!! Geesh! The mold testing company I hired sent me a quote from a company to clean everything for $3,600!! So thank you Manny for saving me a bundle!!

    The state of Florida now requires specific certifications for Mold Removal services. We are in full compliance with these new regulations and licenses are clearly listed on our Web site. Also, look for a mold remediation service that has special abatement equipment and protocols to minimize the spread of mold spores. Many services do not do this well or at all.
