What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on samples I will Price. Usually a mold test with 3 samples is $375.-$400. that includes a mold report stating damages.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will go do a thorough inspection to see damages, take samples of the mold issues explain the mold removal process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m licensed as a mold assessor, and mold remediator.
