All jobs are different. In order to provide an accurate assessment, we request that a visual and walk-through inspection be performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first and most important part of the process is the initial customer contact. We promptly contact our potential client and request specific and detailed information of the issue. We visit the affected property and communicate the results with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Payless Response Team follows the IICRC Water Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation & Odor and Smoke Removal guidelines to ensure that all water intrusions, mold removal and odor and smoke removal are handle in a professional manner, which includes the latest information/ procedures available in our industry. Standards have been established not only to ensure the safety of all employees and occupants, but also to preserve and reduce replacement cost according to standards control air quality and the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.
