I had a landscaper take out some plants and trees but they were leaving the debris for bulk. Bulk is two weeks away so I wanted someone to take the debris. General Install responded so quickly and said they would take care of my project the next day. I came home in the evening and it was all gone! I was so excited to see everything cleaned up. They did a great job and the communication was very professional.

Haven't moved in 11 years I was stressed. my family was ready to assist however moving time allowed was only Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) People actually work during this time. so I went to Thumbtack . I received multiple estimates from moving companies but GL LLC is the only one asked how can they assist me since we all know Florida is very expensive wanting us arm leg and kidney. I sent the photos to give them an idea of what I actually had that needed to be relocated. I lived on the 5th floor and was relocating again to the 5th floor. the date of my move they were on time came in evaluated what needed to be moved and got right to work. I disassembled my bed myself because it was a snap in and go and they set it up for me after moving me in. it was supposed to be three of them but it end up only being two (Ken and Rod) but it was fine the two were fast efficient and really didn't want me to do anything even though I kept trying to assist. I was worried that all my stuff wouldn't fit in the truck everything and we would have to make a second trip but their skills with packing a truck is impeccablen one trip only. they were courteous they asked me where I wanted things to go very fast, respected and understood my concerns. I appreciate their attention to detail and overall I would request these two again Thank you
