- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At CALL US 1ST we want all clients to be return clients. We offer Moving, Junk Removal and Waste services. These services are not always consistently required. The average person moves 11.7 times in their lifetime or so and junk removal is usually a one-time task unless service is needed in that area, or we have a returning customer. When you move someone, they want to know their items are secure and safe at a reasonable price. We pride ourselves in making all New Clients feel at ease, knowing this will be a professional move. We also try to have a good time during all moves. SO, you are welcome to enjoy that time with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All CALL US 1ST Employees are Logistic professionals. A logistics professional is a specialist who supports the production process for a business or organization by managing logistics. They ensure efficient transportation of goods and services from the point of origin to the point of destination, while minimizing costs and optimizing the overall supply chain process. Also known as logisticians, they supervise shipments, deliveries, all-other logistics.
