- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer clear flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees. The price includes labor, truck, equipment, and protection supplies. A small deposit is required to secure the date. We also offer discounts for seniors, military, first responders, and repeat customers. All pricing is discussed upfront so there are no surprises on moving day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking for photos of everything that needs to be moved, along with the pickup and drop-off addresses. We confirm stairs, elevators, special items, and time preference. Once we understand the scope, we provide a clear flat-rate quote, explain deposit options, and schedule the move. On moving day, we communicate when we’re on the way, complete the job efficiently, and make sure the customer is happy before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional moving, packing, loading, and furniture protection. We have experience working in homes, apartments, storage units, senior facilities, and commercial buildings. We are also fully insured with general liability coverage for our customers’ peace of mind.
