My pre-owned vehicle had a weird odor, I took it back to the dealership and they performed a "service" for a fee and still could smell it. Frustrated I found Master Odor Removal - Boca Raton, called and spoke with the founder of the company, Alex, super nice said he could inspect for free and the next day he came out to my office. It was mothballs! None still though he explained that the pesticide is made to penetrative everything in the interior. He did his thing and two hours later, zero mothballs, car smelling awesome and he serviced the air at no charge. Very happy with my S550 now. THANKS!

We tried to get the marijuana and smoke smell out of our condo after our last Airbnb guests left, purchasing many products that said they would work and they didn't! After finding Master Odor Removal online, we called and spoke directly with the founder of the company Alex who answered our questions, sent proof of materials to show their process and we set an appointment with Alex for the next day. We were amazed by the before and after smell! Winter is a busy time usually for our Airbnb and we were able to confidently book a long term guest say soon after the Master Odor Removal service and we could not be more grateful to Alex!

Thank you Master Odor Removal. I am in the chemical cleaning industry. I was blown away by their results treating our home after one of our beautiful cats became sick and ended up making the home smell of urine. I tried everything I have to sell our clients and tried serving the accidents myself....nothing help really. Glad I found Alex and the results were again day and night, NO more odor issue!
