We had a tenant with a older pet and when they moved out the smell was awful. We tried to do a deep clean and treated the floors with products from home depot that claimed to get rid of urine which did not work. Our other problem was that the new tenants were moving in soon and we were scheduled to go back to Canada, my wife reached out to Master Odor Removal, who has locations thoughout South Florida, we both spoke to Alex who was friendly and professional and guaranteed the results. and showed up the same day!
Well it worked, it was really cool to walk in after 4 hours of the service and the home urine issue was gone! Alex's fee was reasonable and we had no cleanup after. He even treated the A/C for free! Yes Master Odor Removal recommend big time!

I own a property mgmt company and have hired other "odor" removal companies in the past for tobacco smoke, marijuana and cooking smells, even after repainting we still had complaints. Ozone is a joke for tough odors and dangerous, and can cause real problems with liability. We discovered Master Odor five years ago and the owner Alex who we have been using for cigarette, marijuana, "curry", pet and mildew issues without fail. Professional and personable, most important they get it done fast and green certified as well. Recommend!

When we came home after being away for some time, our home had a real musty odor, my wife found out the A/C was not on for 6 months, and everything was affected with a strong musty smell, including our linens. We aired it out, had the A/C + ducts serviced and used damp rids everywhere and it still was very bothersome. Frustration big time. Found Master Odor and spoke with Alex the owner, who sent me video links of the same situation in other past clients homes with great results. He said it was spores in the paint, walls, ceiling that thrived on the moisture and heat when the air conditioning was off for so long and very common in South Florida. Hired him and he drove over from Boca last weekend. 5 hours into his servicing our home, after sending us pics of their process, we walked back into just a normal clean smelling home again! Very professional and reasonable fee for the outcome.

After purchasing our condo in Brickell we noticed a smell of tobacco smoke. After airing it out, using some odor products we bought, the stale smell started to get into clothes and sheets and everything and was turning funky! We were not told the previous owners smoked and after back and forth repaintied and doing those common sense things suggested by friends like vinegar and charcoal bags, we had had it and were not enjoying our amazing views anymore because of the smoke smell was always on our minds! We looked online found Master Odor Reviews and gave Alex a call. Very personable, upfront about the cost and time and we hired him to service. Great communication and sent us video and pics during the work. AMAZING difference! Just smells neutral as he said it would be SO thankful.
