I have always found working for Dominique an enjoyable experience. One of the keys in this business is not how a person performs while things are going good but rather while under the trials of stress and pressure. Dominique was always one who was "Cool" when the heat was applied. I never saw her, "sweat" or present herself as anything other then a true professional. She always showed fore thought so that things ran nothing but smoothly. She comes with the highest of recommendations from me, a fellow catering expert with over 30 yrs of kitchen, bar and front room experience. A European trained Chef and an Island Bartender, who always looks forward to hearing her request for assistance. A person cannot fail, when "D" is on the team!
