We had a girls date with Chef Jenny where we learned to cook a delicious thai meal. Chef Jenny and her daughter didn't only teach us how to make the meal, but they suggested meals for a great menu, gave us cocktails, showed us knife skills and they patiently showed us how to debone a chicken. The conversation we had was great and they made us feel so welcomed into their home. This was a great experience and we will be using her services again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to give personal attention to every client, which is why most of my quotes ask for more information. It's difficult to give a price for a job with only a few pieces of information is provided. I will also want to do a "walk through" of the event venue, to make sure all bases are covered.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mothers cooking forced me to find alternative cuisine.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A good Event Planner should know the right questions to ask, alleviating you to enjoy your event as a guest.
