- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, I will send over a list of questions to gather information before I start menu design. I make it very straightforward and 9/10 times clients love the initial menu. However, if any re-drafting is needed, I will have it back within a few hours. Lastly, being cordial and getting the job done to my customers’s liking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have culinary training, I am a dedicated and enthusiastic chef, prepared to work hard and learn from the best. I have worked in some great big and small kitchens and now for myself. I have been in food services for over 8 years and i have also been cleaning for 2 years.
