- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We handle all accident and injury claims on a contingency fee basis. This means we do not charge any money out of pocket. We get paid a set percentage of the total settlement. If you do not win or settle your case, we waive all fees and costs which we incurred.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to have our clients focus on their medical treatment while we handle the rest of the case. We are happy to answer any questions along the way to make the claims process as stress free as possible to allow our clients the time to heal. Jason Turchin has experience negotiating over 6,500 settlements. Many cases are settled without ever filing a lawsuit. However, our litigation attorneys can file a lawsuit if it is in your best interest to do so.
