FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a contingency fee basis — meaning you pay nothing upfront, and there are no attorney’s fees unless we win your case. Our fee is a percentage of the recovery, which we explain clearly in writing before you ever sign anything. Initial consultations are always free, and we’re fully transparent about costs and potential outcomes. You focus on healing — we handle the rest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the contingency fee agreement is signed, we get to work immediately, gathering records, securing evidence, speaking with witnesses, and putting the insurance company on notice. We don’t just “work the file”. we build every case as if it’s going to trial, because we actually try cases and insurance companies know that. We don’t rush to settle or take the first lowball offer. Instead, we prepare aggressively, push your case forward, and fight for the maximum compensation you deserve. You’ll get regular updates and have direct access to me throughout your case. Our Personal Injury Case Process: 1. Absolutely Free Case Review 2. Sign up either in person at your home, our office, or Virtual 3. Assist with finding the best doctor in your area for treatment 4. If the insurance company will not offer you a fair settlement, we will file a lawsuit on your behalf 7. Achieve the Highest Possible Settlement
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed Florida attorney with years of experience handling high-stakes personal injury cases, including multi-million dollar results in wrongful death, car accident, and catastrophic injury claims. I earned my law degree from Florida State University College of Law, where I competed on the BLSA National Mock Trial Team. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Florida. Before starting my personal injury practice, I served as a prosecutor, where I tried over 30 jury trials to verdict. That real courtroom experience gives me a major advantage because I know how to build a case for trial, not just settlement. I stay sharp through ongoing trial advocacy programs and have been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2024–2025) and a Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyer, honors awarded to a small percentage of attorneys nationwide.
