Lymphedema, lupus, problem with the vestibular system, perimenopause/ menopause. • Core values: My mission is to help my clients to become stronger mentally and physically. Empower them to look after their body through movement, proper nutrition and use their mind in a supportive way. Co-create with them a self-care routine and be confident to implement it through the inevitable challenges of life. I take a whole mind / body approach to improve your Health, Fitness and Wellness. Your recipe for success includes the 4 pillars of my coaching: • FITNESS COACHING = how to establish a sustainable training routine / active time taking into account your level of fitness and the constraints of your lifestyle. Together, we will plan a weekly goal with all the metrics (like duration, intensity, purpose of the session, format, logistics….) I am there with you every step of the way so that you know exactly what to do during and after our sessions. • WELLNESS COACHING = you need to improve some aspects in your life (stress, lack of sleep, resilience, relationship with yourself, time management …) in order to get optimal results during our session and feel stronger emotionally. • FOOD & NUTRITION = food is your source of fuel and energy. Whole foods help you to lose weight, prepare and recover from your training. They also help you feel energetic and sharp mentally. I trained in a culinary school in France, and love to share my healthy recipes with my clients! • MOTIVATION = To change your body, you need to change your mindset first. I want to understand how you think and how you approach obstacles, in order to support you best. As your resilience level improves – because you are getting stronger mentally and physically- You become happier and live a more fulfilling Life. To me, this represents my ultimate goal for You and my most precious reward as a coach. -So, let’s see if we are a fit! I offer free 20 minute consult calls to make sure that we are.- If you need help on one or more of these pillars, that’s totally fine, YOU define the content of the sessions according to your needs. * I work and/or train with my clients online through Skype video. So there's no travel time required. I do travel to my clients in the Boulder area too! Qualifications: • Certified Personal Trainer (ACE) • Health and Wellness coach ( ACE) • Triathlon coach (Ironman Institute) • Cancer exercise Specialist (Cancer exercise training institute, Andrea Leonard) • Certified Holistic Health Counselor (AADP) • Holistic Dietetics and nutrition (Graduated from the Irish Association of Holistic Medicine, Dublin Ireland ) • Graduated from the Culinary School of Nice, France.

My sister and I have been working with Anne for 10 months. We meet once or twice a week. Anne is an excellent trainer. She is highly trained and experienced. My sister and I are both seniors and Anne is very sensitive to our individual needs and occasional physical restrictions. Anne creates very focused exercise routines for each of us based on our goals. I am so much stronger, more flexible and toned than I’ve ever been. She is a lot of fun to work with and is very motivating. I can’t imagine a better experience with a physical trainer.

Anne is amazing! She was just what I was looking for and what I needed! She met me where I was physically while also pushing me to reach higher every session. I’ve had a few different trainers at different stages and she is by far the most intuitive and flexible in tailoring each workout. She also made it very fun and I looked forward to our sessions. She offered great insight to modify my diet too, and also guidance on types of exercises I should be doing throughout the week. I highly recommend, Anne, and have already done so with friends who worked with her as well!

Anne is wonderful! She is always on time, is a true professional, really really cares about your health and welfare. She is so easy to work with and has a wonderful laugh and sense of humor. Every session is different so there’s no chance of boredom....but she does ask that you do your best. If you are really serious about making changes to your health and want to get in better shape...Anne will do her part in getting you there. I feel so fortunate to be working with her.
