- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, our rates reflect services for 1-2 pets (we understand the benefit of companionship) in the same household. Single daily visit: $20 Multiple (2) daily visits: $35 Overnight (dinner through breakfast): $55 Additional charges apply to administering medications, more than two pets, etc. and are quoted during the introduction interview. We do not charge for the introduction interview.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet the new clients at no charge to make sure it is a hour fit. While we discuss many details prior to our first introduction, we will take notes during the introduction interview to get a clear understanding of all the comforts your fur baby will need while you are away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was raised on a farm with livestock ( horses, pigs and pet dogs) and my husband is from a rural upbringing. We both have a love for animals and have individually cared for our own pets throughout adulthood, while providing like services to our clients for nearly 20 years.
