- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our photo booth rentals start at $200 for the first 2 hours, with each additional hour only $80/hour. Every rental includes a professional booth attendant, unlimited digital photos, GIFs, boomerangs, videos, custom overlays, a premium backdrop, fun props, and instant sharing via text or email. We also offer package discounts when you book our photo booth together with photography or videography services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a quick conversation to learn about your event and answer any questions. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll send over a quote and reserve your date with a deposit. Before your event, we'll create your custom overlay and confirm all the details. On the day of your event, our team arrives early to set up, provides a full-time booth attendant throughout your rental, and ensures your guests have a fun, seamless experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of experience in professional photography and event production. We've covered weddings, corporate events, nonprofit galas, birthday parties, and community events, giving us the experience to provide both exceptional customer service and high-quality photo booth experiences.
