This company was very responsive from the time I submitted my request. We made an arrangement for someone to show up the next morning, which happened promptly. To my surprise, the owner, Jolene, came to the service call herself. I have owned over five homes, in three states, spanning over 35 years, and I have NEVER had an exterminator as thorough and knowledgeable as Jolene. She took her time, and not only treated for pests, but investigated where they could be coming from, and offered advice for prevention. She even took pictures of locations that needed more attention, so that I could monitor possible termite activity. Being new to the Miami area, I am not familiar with the local pests and what attracts them. Her expertise and advice was invaluable, and I will be using her on a regular basis.

Deris was super professional. I contacted her Saturday morning via Thumbtak and by the afternoon she was already at my house. She communicated with me via text updating me on her ETA. She was very professional and kind. She explained to me the process; addressing my concern with my pet’s safety. I had her fumigate for ants and roaches. She fumigated inside and outside the house and placed bates around the house. It has been 1 week and my house is now clear of these insects. I highly recommended MissQuito of Fort Lauderdale.
