- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a permanent 10% discount for all services when you pay with Bitcoin. Any discounts we offer past this are seasonal. There are zero hidden fees. We give you a quote, and that is what you will pay, guaranteed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will walk around the property to answer questions and confirm the cleaning areas. We are very patient and knowledgeable in our craft. If any concerns arise during the cleaning, we will gladly pause our operations to address those concerns. At the end of the cleaning, we will give expert-level advice on how to best maintain the property and will answer any further questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked with countless clients, gaining real experience that has led us to formulate a highly optimized cleaning process that benefits both the client and our specialists.
