- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a performance-based pricing model with no setup fees. Our management fee is competitive and includes full-service management - listing optimization, guest communication, maintenance, and revenue maximization. We don’t charge for onboarding, and we only succeed when you do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a discovery call to understand your property, goals, and needs. Then we do a free revenue projection and custom strategy. If there’s a fit, we handle everything: onboarding, professional photos, listing setup, and guest-ready preparations. Once live, we manage operations daily to deliver 5-star guest experiences and maximize occupancy.

We invest in vacation rentals ourselves, so we know what it takes to make a property perform at its best. With over 12 years in the short-term rental industry, we’ve developed deep expertise in hospitality, revenue management, digital marketing, and property care. Our team is trained in using advanced tools like dynamic pricing platforms, and guest communication systems to ensure world-class service and returns.
