- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Discount for all 12 months signed contracts and additional back fee. Building Trust Relation is important, so both of our expectations must be align. So what will it take for you to give us the management of your Properties!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What is their situation, what were the issues they had to face, How the would like they property ll be managed, What do they need done, What they want to improve....We always come to them and visit the property together, We do a Rental Performance Analysis to compare the market and also provide all documents and listen to any suggestions and together find solutions. Decisions are always made in agreement with the client. We always respond to any request and remain available. We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
