- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, my staff and I take training and seminars when ever they are offered to keep up to date with technology, laws and regulations and any New tricks in the trade that makes the job easier.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Totally by accident. I had another job offer, but I needed to live in the area. I went looking for an apartment and the manager loved my personality and she offered me a job as her assistant and taught me everything she knew. 22 years later I am still doing property management.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common when I first get hired is Collections, Make ready - that is prepare the home for move-in and evictions.
