Introduction: I have experience working in private practice, hospitals, residential facilities and schools providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and the elderly in individual, couples and family formats. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, stress management, grief/bereavement, relationship difficulties, stress related to chronic illness and/or new medical diagnosis, eating disorders, emotional eating and exercise addiction. I offer pre-surgical evaluations in bariatric, Ppastics, in-vitro fertilization, and organ transplant. I also provide post-surgical supportive therapy for the aforementioned surgeries. Another unique service I offer is executive coaching. I provide a warm, safe environment where clients can feel comfortable discussing their hopes, dreams, fears and goals for treatment. I empower clients by assisting them in better understanding their behaviors, environments and relationships. I collaborate with clients to help them develop goals and strategies.
