It is an investment in yourself. People tend to spend more money on other things, duties, and people; but hesitate to invest in themselves which in turn would help other areas of their lives. Therapy is like fasting for the soul. It detoxes what is not healthy

Finding out what their goal is in treatment and working toward that while also being open to other goals not thought of.
