I have been involved in personal home renovations for 45 years in 3 different countries. The new roof that Dynasty Roofing provided for our home, in Margate Florida, was the best experience I have ever had! From bid, through demolition, cleanup, finish, inspections, and invoice, Antonio and his team were flawless in every aspect of the work. They were honest, fair, accommodating, punctual, professional, thorough, courteous, fun to work with/learn from. And all this was accomplished with great communication and exceptional quality. Several houses in our neighborhood have recently had new roofs, so we had ample examples to compare quality of work. We were so happy we chose a company whose quality stands out against the competition. This includes the Roof Shingles and the quality of craftmanship for Flashing, Drip Edge and any Fascia repairs required.We especially appreciated that Antonio visited our home and walked the roof. Other companies simply did a bid from satellite technology (or visited but with their feet firmly planted on the ground). While technology helps with area calculations and seeing roof complexity, it cant help with identifying how much facia will likely need to be replaced or how many plywood sheets might be spongy. We had zero additional costs because of this hands-on approach of putting together a bid, and the bid was very fair/competitive.Dynasty Roofing also has a wealth of experience on the pros and cons of different approaches to roofing. It is worth learning from them regarding what your options are. Other companies did not take the time to make us aware of the alternatives. Or worse, seemed to want to scare us into the most expensive solution.As the saying goes, you win some you lose some. Im happy to say we won on our new roof by choosing Dynasty. We couldnt be happier with every aspect of getting our new Roof from Dynasty. I wish all companies followed Dynasties business and work ethics.

I have worked with this company a few times. They have repaired my roof twice and placed a new roof at my mothers home. They were informative and very professional. Antonio is very nice and knowledgeable. We appreciate their services!

Antonio arrived on time, friendly and professional... fortunately the repair was minor and there was no upsell! I hope nothing happens to my roof in the near future, but if it does I will definitely call them again!
