Pro is listed as roof repair and maintenance, however, he declined producing an estimate when he understood I asked for a repair only. He didn’t evaluate the work and decided to quote me a brand new roof.

Unfortunately we do not provide quotes over the phone we have to see the roof in person before we put anything in writing. We cannot do a quote from pictures a homeowner provides or what they say we have been burnt in the past that way. We do roof repairs and maintenance but not to 30 year old roofs we warrantee our repairs and maintenance so we don’t believe in putting bandaids on a knife wound. Sorry we weren’t able to help you.
