Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We love our new ADP system which became operational days after first meeting. We feel much safer and really appreciate all the alerts we get when doors are open and the videos we get at our front door!

Gotta say, I love these fellows who sold and installed my nice, new alarm system. Joe made sure my business is thoughtfully and properly protected. He made a wise decision to move a key cameras location from precious companys placement,Ben, the installer, is a fun and dear man, who makes sure everything is working the way I want. AND I can call Joe if I have a problem, and get help, unlike the giant Guardian Protection corporation.

Im normally not motivated to write reviews but this experience was worthy of one.I recently decided to go with Protect Pros after meeting the business owner and discussing the type of system I wanted. I am a thirty year veteran law enforcement professional and for years did Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design which translated to making it more difficult for criminals to target homes and businesses.The system selected was an 8 camera setup. Without going into super detail, the installation went flawlessly was very professionally installed i.e. clean without any issues and the system. I now jokingly referred to as the casino is very clear I can view it on site or remotely. And have a month or more of stored footage depending on my resolution to review anytime I need to. I highly recommend this company as it is a family run business who is very centered on customer satisfaction. The highest recommendation I can give is I chose this place for myself and I would trust them to watch my kids and my dogs! This was a great system at a very fair price, especially for the Care and Service involved in setting this up. Youll walk away satisfied that you got one of the high-end systems for a price that wont break your bank. Stay safe

Great service! Protect Pros was very professional and assisted me in the process of upgrading my home surveillance camera system. From when I called to set an appointment, Joe was great! Joe explain my options and answered any questions I had. He assisted with camera positioning and layouts and explained different options. I knew I found the right company for my project as I had multiple different companies come out for estimates/planning. Ben was great as well, he arrived to install the cameras. All the wiring was done using CAT6 wiring in the attic and after everything was installed he assisted with set up on my phone and TV/NVR system. Thank you !
