- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are more than a company and enjoy blessing people when the opportunity presents it self. often times we offer special discounts for people under different circumstances in life, like our Seniors living on a retired income, military, single parents, special needs and Church Ministers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We look at the project at hand for a free estimate, a proposal is sent and once approved, we schedule work. always keeping customer in the loop
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over two decades of experience in the pool industry. We are licensed contractor, CPO certified, insured, BBB certified and 5 start Google reviews.
