The owner of the company was the one who actually came out for the service! It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about their business to where they are willing to work instead of hiring someone for cheap to do a whatever quality job. With multiple pets in the house, accidents do happen and all the chemicals from cleaning take a toll on the grout and flooring. Zak informed me how to properly take of the floors after being resealed and had the grout fixed! Even sent home a FREE sample of cleaner he recommended for me to use!

Zachary is a true professional who did an excellent job restoring my bathroom grout. He even made the surrounding tile look new! He returns calls quickly, answered all my questions and was punctual. My experience was great and I definitely recommend Total Grout Solutions.

Our shower has changed from black grout lines to white and I can’t even believe that he did this, it came out way better than I expected!

Had my grout and tile redone and was pleasantly surprised! We will most definitely be using this company again. I had numerous quotes and while they were a bit more on the expensive side, the work Zak did exceeded my expectations by FAR! You most definitely get what you pay for!! Thank you so much!!!
