- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard prices but my prices are flexible
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I contact customers via phone or email first. From that point, I would travel to my customers location, and grant them a free estimate of the job(basically what would be needed to complete the job effectively). After that, I would draft a contract, and consult my client on the labor's pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training for twenty-five plus years in tile installment.
