We help businesses keep their floors safe by testing them for slip risks and fixing any problems we find. If a surface is too slippery, we can treat it, repair it, or install a safer surface so it meets safety standards.
We do slip testing, anti-slip treatments, repairs, and new surface installations. Our goal is simple: make sure your floors are safe, make sure they look good, and pass every inspection.

So happy we hired Walkway Management of South Florida!!We hired them after another company did a horrible job sealing our newly installed travertine floor.Claudius did such an amazing job, very knowledgeable and professional. Walkway management did an excellent job cleaning and sealing our travertine lanai. They took care around our outdoor kitchen and did a great job getting stains out from the tile. The seal has a nice grip when wet which is great. They were very easy to get in contact with and communicated well throughout the process.

We just had a fantastic experience working with Claudius and WalkwayManagement of South Florida. We just had 1800 feet of Travertine installed around our pool deck. Claudius took his time explaining the process and non slip coating he would use. He completed the job and it is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend anyone that is considering sealing Travertine or pavers to contact Claudius for a truly professional job.
