What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For pricing, we use the industry standard software Xactimate. We strive to deliver the highest value to customers by providing properly trained technicians, latest and greatest industry equipment and the use the highest quality plant-based cleaning solutions to restore the space to pristine conditions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We book an appointment to visit the customer's home or business for a review of the affected area. We document the findings by taking pictures, capturing affected area dimensions and completing a scope sheet in order to generate a quote. The biggest challenge with water is the uncertainty on time to completely dry out the area (because of hidden water) and provide a precise quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified Water Damage Restoration Company (Register #70023351). We have been successfully doing water mitigation and mold remediation for over 7 years and built an industry leading reputation.
