- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In most cases for homeowners with Property and/or Flood Insurance, Water Mitigation and Mold Remediation work can be FREE due to Direct Insurance Billing, meaning zero out-of-pocket costs to the homeowner. In the case the homeowner does not have insurance, we also accept direct payment via cash, check, or credit card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial visit is scheduled to inspect the home for water damage and/or mold. Upon completing our initial assessment, we discuss options with the homeowner and schedule a start day/time to perform the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-on Training and applicable Certifications & Licenses for Water Mitigation and Mold Assessments & Remediation.
