There are many restoration companies I've come in contact with. Most are simply out to charge you as much as they can. However there are few that are as efficient, as diligent and as fair-priced. God forbid you're in need of a Restoration company, if you are I would call Water Resto USA.

Our dishwasher leaked into the house and flooded the entire floor. The team saved us and socked the water out. Saved our day.We are happy the arrived so fast and sid not charge a penny. Apparently they work directly with the insurance.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We usually charge the insurance company directly and no out of pocket for any of our clients. In some cases, when coverage is not permitted, we set prices on a case-by-case basis, depending on the severity of the matter.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our first step is identifying the issue/effected areas by on-sight inspection and doing a walk-through of our process with the project manager.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    All of our technicians are trained and certified by the IICRC.
