- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually charge the insurance company directly and no out of pocket for any of our clients. In some cases, when coverage is not permitted, we set prices on a case-by-case basis, depending on the severity of the matter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is identifying the issue/effected areas by on-sight inspection and doing a walk-through of our process with the project manager.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are trained and certified by the IICRC.
