Fatou has went over and above to get my website hosted. Knowing that my previous hosting site was very difficult to navigate or create in, we opted to rehost. Fatou did all the footwork, not only for the rehosting of my website, but also the DNS relocation, helping me with my email accounts (Outlook can be challenging, but it worked out flawlessly with her help). I am now working on my website that Fatou and her team created for me, and they are currently giving me support to get it exactly to my liking. I would have chosen all five items in regards to what I liked about working with SoWeb, but the 3 chosen are definitives.

Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of each project. We provide a clear quote upfront so there are no surprises. Smaller fixes or updates are often discounted, and we offer bundle pricing for multi-page websites.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is straightforward:
1 - We start with a quick conversation about your needs and goals.
2 - We review any content or example sites you provide.
3 - We send a clear quote and timeline for approval.
4 - Once approved, a 50% deposit is made, and we begin the design while sharing updates throughout the process.
5 - When the website is complete, we provide a full walkthrough so you can manage it confidently, and the remaining 50% is paid at delivery.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Computer Science graduate and spent many years working as a developer, which gave me a strong foundation in web technologies. I now run a full-service agency with skilled designers and an in-house SEO expert, ensuring every project looks great and performs well.
