Had them install my Starlink (exterior of house), hardwired it (interior of house), and connect to my TP Link Router. They then load balanced Comcast with Starlink so my internet will never go down. Great experience!

While I watched the very friendly and nice technician work, I felt a little less of an idiot to not have been able to do what was needed with an older computer, because it was really complicated … but he checked every little thing, one at a time, then fixed them, then made sure I understood them enough to use them, and had me write them down correctly so it wouldn’t be forgotten… I am self employed and always have a huge amount to do - this was a life saver and I will be hiring the any time I have a problem I can’t fix! I’m very happy with LV8. They were able to help me relocate my modem and router and install a better access point. On top of that, I can finally use Ethernet for my devices all across my home. My internet connections have never been as fast and stable as they are now. The crew asked me exactly where I wanted my cables to terminate and where I wanted to place my access point. Where provided, they used the wall plates that I bought to match my home. They also saw that I labeled my patch panel, so they made sure everything terminated exactly where I wanted it. I’m happy they didn’t try to guess what I wanted. They listened and did exactly what I was looking for. The best part (besides the fair price): I don’t think you can tell that this is all a retrofit. It looks like it was built into my home. So not only is it functional, but it also looks great. I have vaulted ceilings and two attics, but it was clear I was working with professionals who knew exactly how to get a harder job done well in only a few hours.
