- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For small websites I charge a flat fee of $449 which includes 3 pages, or $549 for 5 pages. For additional pages I charge $75 per each additional page. For large projects I provide an estimate base on the project requirements. My estimate is detailed and covers all points discussed. I also have different maintenance options for customers who are looking for a long term relationship and support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of working with any new or existing clients involves discussing the project requirements and then base on what my customer specific needs are, I generate either a flat fee or an estimate. Some clients may need a long terms solution in which I have some maintenance programs that includes development, design and marketing. For any flat fee projects I also provide 60 days of free changes in case anything changes that requires to the website or APP updated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple degrees from various schools and certificate authorities. I have both past and on going education in both web development, server management and security. I have been developing for the past 10+ years and worked on small, medium and large websites.
