My computer dropped and went black and wouldn’t start up. I didn’t back up anything on a hard drive. He was able to restore everything including all my data.

He took care of this issues concerning my laptop in a very timely manner. He keep me well informed as to what he found and what the best options would be for me going forward. Lastly, along with being reasonable in price he also put a personal touch on his work showing himself to be attentive of the personal qualities and needs of his customers. He made suggestions as to things I can get or use in order to do everything I desire on my laptop as well as informing me of things to avoid so that I don’t have problems in the future.
