- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do our best to probe each new customer to find out in detail what their expectations are and how we can best meet them and if we cannot, we explore every option to provide a suitable alternative.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Omni Telco is a licensed Limited Energy company through the state of Florida and as such we had to pass the state’s rigorous exam to show our knowledge of the scope of work we perform, while being compliant with National Electric Code to pass inspections.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Each team member has experience from various alarm and security companies, which created a solid foundation where we’re able to pool our talents together to provide exceptional service to our customers.
