Introduction: Weston Yoga is a welcoming, vibrant yoga community devoted to health, personal growth, spirituality and happiness. We will support every individual's yogic journey by teaching, mentoring, sharing, and honoring the tradition of yoga to the best of our knowledge. It is our goal to strengthen the mind, body, and spirit of every student, teacher, and staff member. We will provide a nurturing environment where yoga is accessible to all and is practiced as a way of life. We have various styles of yoga for the beginner to the advanced practitioner. Class types include yoga basics, Hatha, heated yoga, Kundalini, kid's yoga, prenatal yoga, meditation, yoga Nidra, chair yoga, and Reiki circle classes.
