Paul with Zoom was highly professional and very polite. He assessed and patiently explained situation and made reasonable recommendations in my opinion. Paul arrived right schedule and I was very happy with work completed. Value is hard to comment on. It seemed a little high, however service so good and timely let’s just say I’m completely satisfied at this time. Great job Paul.

Fine service for a drain issue; responsive, timely arrival, and fully competent. Not the cheapest, but then I'm biased towards excellent service with no drama. Highly recommended.

When i tell you they came out not only found the problem but treated us like family… their work and conduct is enough to explain itself definitely sticking with this company cause they didnt treat me like a dollar they treated me like a human being who had a need and they went above and beyond! Customer service like this here in FL is hard to find but i found zoom drain!

I was dealing with a backed up sink in my kitchen. They came out fast and showed me all of the gunk causing the problem. They even put everything back exactly how they found it. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with a drain problem!
