I saw that Hans Vega had good reviews for appliance repairs. He was quick to respond and was easy to schedule. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my washing machine. Gave an estimate, ordered the parts and was back on site to replace the broken parts. He worked quickly and did what he said he would do. His estimate was fair and did not change. I would use Hans, again.

First of all, Hans responded almost immediately to my initial request and was available to come to my home the very next morning. He was well within the timeframe he said he'd be here. I was extremely impressed with his cleanliness, professionalism and knowledge. Lucky for me, my washing machine wasn't broken but the problem I experienced may be an issue down the road - one of two probabilities which he not only explained, but told me the approximate cost of each one. Believe me, I will be calling Hans when that happens, or if I have any other appliance problem. I think he is EXCELLENT!
