Kris called about 1/2 hr after I posted my request. Said he'd come next day between noon-2 pm. Came at 1 pm, recognized the problem immediately, applied the fix and was finished very quickly. He shared a recommendation for future avoidance of the same problem. Very personable with a fair and reasonable service charge. Would certainly use again.

The technician was very professional and arrived within the time frame I was given. He was able to get my washing machine back up and running within 10–15 minutes after cleaning it and resolving the issue. He also explained what the next steps would be if I experience any additional problems. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend!

I was amazed at the promptness of answering. I cry for help. They came the next day they gave me. They gave me the price for a new part and they took the service fee off the bill when they came back within three days with the part actually, they came back two days, but the company sent them the wrong icemaker part no fault of his. I would highly recommend this company. The gentleman that came out was very very nice in and out did not waste time like I said I've dealt with appliancerepair a lot of years and I never recommended one of them, but I am recommending this one to everybody I can.

Kris knew exactly how to diagnose and fix my Maytag front load dryer that kept giving airflow alerts. It wasn’t an airflow problem at all! Rather, it was a sensor that regulates the heat of the dryer! Kris fixed it in under 30 minutes and charged what I thought was a very reasonable price. Highly recommend his expertise.
