Alexis tended the bar at my family’s New Year’s Eve party this past year and I cannot even put into words how awesome he was from the planning to execution stage. He started off by sending us a huge inventory of craft cocktails in his repertoire, from which we selected four. He then made a custom menu matching the theme of our party and created a shopping list of everything we would need for a party with 50 guests. This massively simplified the problem of over or under buying for us and he made excellent recommendations on types of alcohol.
Every couple of weeks leading up to the event he would check in with us and see where we were with the list. On the date of the event, he showed up an hour and a half before the party to set up and brought all of his own tools, syrups, and secret ingredients. He dressed appropriately for the theme and was very cordial to the guests. He added an element of professionalism and entertainment, making smoked drinks and pouring liquid fire, that kept my guests around the bar the entire evening. The drinks were as tasty as they were fun to look at. At the end of the night he cleaned everything up and returned it to its place.
I will be rehiring him for every event going forward and if you’re looking for that extra flair to really wow your guests, this is the man for the job!

Alexus is one of the best bar tenders I have ever met! We hired Alexus to bar tend for my daughter’s first birthday party and all of our guests raved all night how good the drinks were. Everything from mojitos to ginger peach basil smash to all other specialty drinks were amazing. He gave us great advice on what to purchase in advance and he did the rest. He showed up early to cut the garnishes and brought his own syrups and bitters to make the drinks yummy. Very professional and he will not disappoint. I will definitely hire again for any parties in the future.

Alexis is an excellent bartender and helped make my birthday party a phenomenal one! The bar setup/presentation was as good as those seen in craft cocktail bars. The drinks were inventive, balanced and delicious! His personality, and interaction with the guests, helped make the event one to remember!

Average Hourly Rate $75-100 depending = Menu Development and Prep | distance of travel | guest count | hours worked | complexity of venue
3 Hour Minimum to Book.
I can supply elaborate garnishes upon request for a small fee to cover product. Edible treats, aromatic herbs, fruits.
Also can provide specialty Flair Elements: Fire Play, Smoked Drinks, CBD cocktails, Special Themes per request.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Downpayment 20% Paypal to lock in date. Once venue is secured. I will arrive to your destination with my equipment tools in formal dress. Setup usually takes 30-60minutes depending on the complexity of your Event Scale. Breakdown of event usually takes 30-60 minutes clean up & organization of product.
Please factor in the Setup & Breakdown times into your Service Request Quote.
