Introduction: Who we are... We a locally-based catering company with a phenomenal chef. He has been working in fine dining restaurants for nearly twenty years. Among his former employers is Naples Beach Hotel where he was in charge of creating the tremendous banquets they host which included all of their weddings and events. He has created many recipes which have been showcased at the various Taste of the Town events and has won awards for his creations. Many of his recipes are also currently on the menus of area restaurants. Why we are different... We offer up-front pricing. We do not tack on fees after quoting you a price. Many catering companies will quote you a price per head and then add a 20% gratuity, delivery and set up charge and then sales tax. We do not add a gratuity to our quotes as we feel that a gratuity is exactly that. We deeply appreciate them, but feel it is up to the customer to decide the amount. We deliver and setup for free. We only feel it is right. We add a 6% sales tax as required by law; however, we draft your proposal with this in mind so that your final price is within your budget.
