I've been using Allied for my semi-annual preventive maintenance for several years. They always do a great job! More importantly, I needed a repair because my A/C keep cutting off. They were able to come out the very next day. The technician kept in contact with me via phone the whole time so that I was kept informed of what was going on, the issue and resolution. The price of the repair was totally reasonable. These folks are the best!

I have been using Allied Air for the past year and and a half. I am very pleased with their customer service on the phone and with the service techs. Today's service tech has been by far the best. They all have been nice and polite but Dave was a delight. He is very knowledgeable about the service he was performing. I'm will be requesting him from now on.

Nathan, my service technician, was great. He took the time to thoroughly explain to me what needed to be done to maintain my a/c unit when I asked questions to keep my unit running efficiently. He was courteous, kind and friendly. I would highly recommend Allied Air Service to my friends and neighbors
